OGX.CLI for OGX.JS version 1.4.0

We are pleased to announce that OGX.CLI for OGX.JS javascript framework has been updated to version 1.4.0. Since this version, the CLI does not include OGX.JS in its package anymore. OGX.JS is now installed via the update command of the CLI, which also allows the CLI to update OGX.JS seperately.
